The context
Lenovo needed to remove furniture from its Brussels offices as the team moved into a smaller space. Rather than discard useful items, the company wanted a route that combined sustainability with social usefulness.
What Relieve did
Relieve helped Lenovo recover and redirect surplus office furniture so it could find new homes through circular and solidarity channels, including non-profit organisations and charities.
The outcome
The project saved 2.81 tonnes of CO2 and rehoused 60 items. It turned an operational clearance into a positive reuse outcome for both Lenovo and the organisations that received the furniture.
