A Global Player With a Sustainability Focus

Henkel is a global leader in adhesives, beauty care, and home care, with brands known around the world, but also with strong environmental commitments. Their sustainability goals are ambitious: climate neutrality by 2030, zero waste to landfill, and fully circular products and packaging.

That’s why partnering with Henkel on this removal project made so much sense.

700+ items cleared, in just one week

The task: clear out an entire office floor - over 700 items - in just one week.

Our team handled the full removal process: sorting, recovering, redirecting, and ensuring full material traceability.

While most of the items couldn’t be reused due to condition, age, or format, we made sure every piece was properly recycled, keeping valuable materials in the loop and out of landfill.

Chairs, desks, storage units, and equipment were all disassembled and processed.

Reusable items were redirected into our reuse network.

Everything else was handled through certified recycling partners.

Why It Matters

Office removals often mean waste. Fast timelines, limited visibility, and no clear outlet for reuse result in furniture ending up where it shouldn’t, in landfills or incinerators.

With Henkel, we proved that even when reuse isn’t always possible, circular logistics still make a difference.
