Cookie Policy
Effective date: 23 July 2026.
Version: 1.0.
This policy explains how Relieve Group SRL uses cookies and similar technologies on the Relieve website. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
What cookies and similar technologies are
A cookie is a small text file stored on or read from your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, tags, pixels and software development tools that store or access information or send website events.
Some technologies are needed to provide a service you request. Others help remember choices, measure use or support marketing. The current Cookiebot declaration on this page identifies the technologies detected on the deployed site, their provider, purpose, category and duration.
Strictly necessary technologies
Strictly necessary technologies support functions such as:
- Authentication and session continuity
- Security, fraud prevention and load balancing
- Shopping cart and checkout continuity
- Saving the language needed to deliver the requested page
- Recording and applying cookie-consent choices
Where these technologies are genuinely necessary to provide a service you request or secure the website, they may operate without consent. We still describe them transparently and do not use them for unrelated analytics or advertising.
Blocking necessary technologies through browser settings may prevent account, cart, checkout, security or preference functions from working.
Preference technologies
Preference technologies remember a choice that is not essential to the basic service, such as an optional display or website preference. We use them only where the selected Cookiebot category and applicable law permit.
Some language or interface storage may be strictly necessary when it is required to deliver a page you specifically requested. The live declaration identifies how each technology is classified.
Analytics technologies
Google Analytics 4 may measure how visitors use the website. It is configured through Google Tag Manager and must remain blocked until you give statistics consent.
Analytics may collect limited website and event information such as page views, device and browser details, referral source, approximate location derived from IP address and consent state. Relieve's standard retention for Google Analytics 4 event-level data is 14 months.
Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the marketplace.
Marketing technologies
No advertising tracker is intended to be active at launch. This is a description of the launch configuration, not a promise that the technology inventory will never change.
If Relieve later introduces an advertising tag, including through Google Tag Manager, we will update the inventory and relevant notices first. The tag must remain blocked until you give the applicable marketing consent.
Consent to Brevo marketing email is collected separately from website-cookie consent. HubSpot is used for sales follow-up, not marketing email.
Your consent choices
When consent is required, Cookiebot lets you:
- Accept non-essential categories
- Reject non-essential categories
- Make a granular category choice
- Leave strictly necessary technologies active
“Accept” and “Reject non-essential” should be available at the same level without a cookie wall or deceptive design. No optional category should be selected for you in advance.
We ask you to renew your preference no later than six months after your previous choice, and earlier if the technologies or purposes change materially.
Current cookie declaration
Cookiebot provides the live cookie declaration associated with this page. It lists each detected cookie or similar technology, including its name, provider, purpose, category and duration.
Because technologies can change as the website is updated, the live declaration is the current inventory. Relieve checks it against the deployed website before release. If the declaration and actual behaviour differ, the deployment must be corrected rather than relying on outdated policy text.
How to change or withdraw consent
You can reopen Cookiebot preferences at any time using the cookie-settings control in the website footer. You can then reject a category, change a category or withdraw a previous choice. Withdrawing consent must be as easy as giving it.
Changing your choice affects future access and processing. It does not make processing carried out lawfully before withdrawal unlawful. Where feasible, withdrawing consent also removes optional cookies already stored on the device; you can use browser controls to delete any that remain.
You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Browser settings vary, and blocking all technologies may affect necessary website functions.
For questions, email info@relievefurniture.com. More information about consent and cookies is available from the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy and the live declaration when providers, purposes or technologies materially change. The effective date above identifies this version.
