Second-hand office chairs in Brussels

The parts that wear on an office chair are the gas lift, the tilt mechanism and the castors — not the fabric. A chair that still holds its height and reclines smoothly will outlast one that merely looks newer, and castors are inexpensive to replace. Each listing shows the condition information currently recorded for that item.

Adjustment range matters more than brand. Seat height, back height and armrest travel decide who can actually sit comfortably, so check the dimensions on the listing against the people who will use the chairs.

Seating a team usually means matching chairs rather than assorted ones. Use the quantity filter to find listings that can cover a whole floor or department in one model, and confirm the final count when you request a quote — live quantities change as items are reserved or sold.

The chairs in this collection are not held in Brussels. They sit wherever they were cleared from, and Relieve coordinates delivery to Brussels and the surrounding region once the order is confirmed. Access, timing and any installation requirements are agreed per delivery.
